* Up to £75,000 + benefits
The Opportunity
We’re working with a growing insurer looking to strengthen their Pricing function with an experienced Personal Lines Motor Pricing Analyst. This is a broad, commercially focused role offering real exposure across new business pricing, renewal pricing, optimisation, and deep-dive analytics.
You’ll join a small but ambitious team, where your ideas will be heard and your work will directly influence pricing strategy and business performance. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and the chance to shape how pricing is done, this is a strong move.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering pricing insight across new business and renewal portfolios
* Supporting and enhancing pricing models and optimisation strategies
* Writing and running SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
* Analysing trends, performance, and customer behaviour to inform pricing decisions
* Monitoring model performance and recommending improvements
* Working closely with underwriting and wider business teams to align pricing with commercial goals
* Contributing to competitor analysis and market positioning
* Supporting governance, compliance, and pricing best practice
You’ll play a key role in shaping pricing decisions in a highly competitive UK motor market, where small changes can have a significant commercial impact
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience in Personal Lines Motor Pricing (essential)

* Strong technical capability, including SQL
* Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight
* A proactive mindset - someone who looks for improvements, not just answers questions
