Job Description:
M4 Recruitment are recruiting full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our Clients warehouse team working at their distribution centre in Northampton
You will be working on a shift pattern of 5 from 7 with start times between 06:00 – 22.00
Pay
*Hourly rate of pay between £12.89 - £18 per hour (shift dependent)
Job role
*Perform a range of warehouse tasks including goods in, handballing and palletising products
*Pick orders using voice pick system and LLOP trucks
*Ensure meeting operational standards and customer service requirements
*Maintain high quality performance in all activities adhering to safe manual handling practices
Experience / Skills needed
*Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
*Ability to work in a team and on your own when required
*Great attention to detail and high standards of English and Maths
*Previous experience working in a warehouse is desirable
