Seasonal Litter Picker / Park Cleansing Operative
Location: Hitchin
Contract: SeasonalDriving Licence Required
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Seasonal Litter Picker / Park Cleansing Operative to help keep local parks and public spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.This is an outdoor role, ideal for someone who enjoys active work and takes pride in maintaining community environments.
Working HoursYou must be able to commit to one of the following fixed rota patterns:
*Wednesday to Sunday
*Saturday to Wednesday
Hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm each day, with a 30-minute unpaid break.
The RoleYour duties will include:
*Litter picking and general cleansing of parks and open spaces
*Emptying bins and removing waste
*Sweeping paths and hardstanding areas
*Reporting hazards, damage, or issues found on site
*Driving between locations using a company vehicle
*Working outdoors in all weather conditions
What We Are Looking For
*Full, valid UK driving licence essential
*Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
*Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic
