Job Description:
Meraki Talent are looking to appoint two experienced Investments Complaints Specialists to join a well-established and growing team. These are excellent opportunities for individuals with a strong investment background and complaints handling expertise who are looking to work on complex, high-value cases involving high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
You will be responsible for managing and resolving complex investment-related complaints, ensuring fair client outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
*Investigating and resolving complex investment complaints, including mis-selling and misadvice cases
*Performing manual calculations relating to redress, loss assessments, and tax implications
*Reviewing discretionary portfolio management and investment strategies
*Analysing suitability reports, financial illustrations, and advisory recommendations
*Communicating findings clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders
*Ensuring all work aligns with regulatory frameworks and internal standards
This role requires a strong technical investment background and applicants should have;
*Proven experience in investment-related complaints handling
*Strong knowledge of complex investments, discretionary portfolios, and financial products
*Experience with manual calculations and redress methodologies
*Understanding of tax implications on investments
*Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and suitability requirements
