Sales Executive
*Location: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
*Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly motivate Sales Executive to drive new business and maximise earning potential. This role is perfect for a true dealmaker who thrives on challenges and is eager to be at the forefront of our sales efforts.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Outbound Prospecting: Proactively reach out to cold leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
*Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to warm leads generated by our internal marketing efforts.
*Discovery & Fact-Finding: Conduct thorough qualification calls with prospects to understand their business needs and pain points.
*Meeting Coordination: Book and schedule high-quality meetings and pitches for the senior team or yourself as you integrate into the full sales process.
*Full-Cycle Sales Support: Assist with follow-ups, proposals, and closing deals.
*Client Meetings: Travel to visit local businesses and prospects in person as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within digital marketing, tech, or agency environments.
*Strong track record of cold calling, prospecting, and pipeline generation.
*Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with a knack for fact-finding and asking the right questions.
*A relentless drive to hit targets and maximise commission earnings.
*Ability to articulate the value of digital marketing services to business owners and decision-makers.
*Self-starter mentality with the organisational skills to manage both inbound and outbound pipelines simultaneously.
