Newstaff Employment Services is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants to support teaching staff and enhance student learning experiences in schools across the region. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an integral role in fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, assisting with lesson delivery, and supporting individual student needs.

Responsibilities:*Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons and activities.
*Assist students with their learning, including providing one-to-one or small group support.
*Help maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
*Prepare and organize educational materials and resources.
*Monitor and report on student progress and behavior to teaching staff.
Requirements
*Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is advantageous.
*Relevant qualifications or training related to education or child care are preferred.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning and development.
*Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
