The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a boutique recruitment consultancy known for its honest, consultative, and relationship-led approach.

You’ll take ownership of a specialist desk, working across a mix of broking, underwriting, claims, and operations roles, depending on your experience and network.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Managing and growing a specialist recruitment desk
*Developing long-term relationships with clients across the UK
*Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
*Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality professionals
*Managing the full 360 recruitment process
*Delivering a consultative, high-quality service to clients and candidates
*Building your personal brand within the market
What You’ll Bring
*Proven experience in recruitment
*Strong billing track record or ability to demonstrate success in a 360 role
