A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Rugby is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is Level 3 qualified and has strong experience supporting pupils both in the classroom and with SEND needs.
You will work closely with the class teacher to support learning, deliver small-group interventions and provide tailored support to pupils who require additional help.
Candidate Requirements
*Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential
*Strong SEND experience
*Confident supporting pupils in mainstream classroom settings
*Ability to work 1:1 and with small groups
*Calm, patient and proactive approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Understanding of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
