This Senior Account Executive opportunity in Berkshire is ideal for someone who is ready to move closer to Account Director level, with the backing, client quality and headroom to make that happen.
The opportunity
*You’ll join an established insurance business that wants to bring in an experienced client-facing professional who can manage and develop larger commercial relationships while stepping into a broader, more senior remit.
*This is not about standing still in the same job with a slightly different title.
*It is a genuine progression move.
What the role looks like
*You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of significant clients, lead renewal and growth strategy, and work closely with internal teams to deliver the right outcome commercially and technically.
*There will also be scope to take on more senior responsibility, whether that is handling more complex clients, mentoring others or playing a bigger part in the wider direction of the team.
*You will be trusted to operate.
*And supported to progress.
Responsibilities
*Manage and develop a portfolio of larger commercial clients
*Lead key client relationships and act as a senior point of contact
*Oversee renewals, placement strategy and wider account planning
*Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen existing accounts
*Work closely with broking, claims and servicing teams to deliver consistently high standards
*Negotiate with insurers and present solutions in a clear, commercial way
*Support junior colleagues and contribute to the wider success of the team
