Key Responsibilities
*Ensure the timely and accurate movement of air freight and related information
*Receive and check export documentation
*Prepare and process air export shipments
*Route shipments in line with customer and operational requirements
*Manage and monitor freight from receipt through to departure
*Track shipments and resolve issues proactively
*Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
Physical Requirements
*Regular use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, scanner, etc.)
*Role is primarily desk-based
*Ability to write and handle documentation accurately
Skills & Experience
*Previous knowledge or experience within the global logistics or freight forwarding industry
*Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word or similar systems)
*Fluent in English (written and spoken)
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
