Role: Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ)
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Contract: Full time, permanent

Our client is a highly regarded specialist claimant law firm based in Lincolnshire, known for its strong reputation in personal injury and clinical negligence work. The firm has built a loyal client base through its commitment to delivering high-quality legal services with a genuinely client-focused approach.
With continued growth across its Clinical Negligence department, the firm is now looking to recruit a newly qualified Solicitor to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit and supportive environment where junior lawyers are given real responsibility alongside structured supervision and training.
The Role
This is a varied and hands-on Clinical Negligence role, offering exposure to a broad range of claimant work from the outset.
You will be involved in:
*Managing your own caseload of lower to mid-value clinical negligence claims
*Assisting on more complex and high-value matters within the team
*Reviewing medical records and preparing case summaries
*Instructing and liaising with medical experts
*Drafting correspondence, letters of claim, and court documents
*Supporting clients through often sensitive and complex issues
*Assisting with investigations, liability assessments, and settlement negotiations

You will receive strong day-to-day supervision while also being encouraged to take ownership of files early in your qualification.
About You*Newly Qualified Solicitor (0-1 PQE)
*Experience in clinical negligence or personal injury during training contract
*Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
*Confident communicator with good client care skills
*Organised and capable of managing a busy caseload
*Genuine interest in claimant clinical negligence work
