Once again, we’re delighted to be exclusively working with this global manufacturer based in the heart of Derbyshire.
Our client is looking for a proactive Partnerships Manager to develop and manage a growing partner network, mainly within the non-profit and charity space. This is a hands-on role combining relationship management, partner enablement, and joint marketing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll love getting out and about to meet people and network, so a driving license is key. Use of a pool car is available.
Key Responsibilities
*Source and onboard new partners, including CSR-aligned opportunities
*Build and manage strong partner relationships
*Deliver onboarding, training, and enablement materials
*Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorships
*Support partnership agreements and negotiations
*Monitor performance, report on ROI, and optimise partner activity
*Identify new partnership opportunities to scale the network
*Ensure compliance with UK regulations and contractual obligations
About You
*Strong relationship-building and communication skills
*Commercially minded and results-driven
*Organised with solid project management ability
*Confident negotiator and influencer
*Experience in partnerships, account management, or similar
*Some understanding of marketing and how to support on joint marketing initiatives with partners
*Ideally some experience/knowledge in the CSR and charity space
