Job Description:
Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking to take the next step in your career within a supportive and technically strong environment? This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded financial planning team where your expertise will be valued and your development actively supported.

The Role

Working closely with Financial Advisers and client support teams, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning advice to both new and existing clients. You’ll be involved in a wide range of cases, from straightforward to complex, giving you the opportunity to continually build your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

*Conduct detailed research on clients’ existing and proposed financial arrangements
*Analyse investment portfolios, including asset allocation aligned to clients’ risk profiles
*Prepare illustrations and projections across investments, pensions and protection
*Produce clear, compliant and technically accurate suitability reports and client documentation
*Support annual client reviews, including risk assessment and strategy updates
*Ensure all client files meet regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards
About You

*Previous experience in a paraplanning role
*Progress towards (or completion of) the level 4 diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
*Strong technical knowledge across financial planning products and solutions
*Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills
*Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
*A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
