Responsibilities
*Support Account Executives on a portfolio of corporate commercial clients
*Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments and general client servicing activity
*Prepare market presentations and liaise with insurers for terms
*Manage policy documentation, renewals strategy support and broking administration
*Build strong day-to-day relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
*Help ensure an efficient, accurate and high-quality service throughout the account cycle
*Support on larger and more technical cases as needed
