Solutions Architect - Enterprise Systems South West / Hybrid
We’re partnering with a forward-thinking organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, looking to hire a Solutions Architect to join a growing tech team.
This role will focus on designing, integrating, and optimising core business systems, driving automation, and introducing AI-led improvements across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
*Design and deliver scalable solutions across enterprise systems
*Build integrations and automation using Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Power Platform)
*Develop bespoke applications (C#, SQL, Python, JavaScript)
*Identify and implement AI-driven improvements to business processes
*Enhance system performance, data quality, and user experience
*Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, M365)
*Proven track record delivering integrations, automation, and custom solutions
*Experience working with enterprise applications (e.g. CRM, ERP, practice management systems)
*Exposure to AI / LLM tools and practical use cases
*Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts
*Experience in professional services environments is a bonus
