Contract: Minimum 3 months | Shift work including 07:00-22:00 and nights | Accommodation Provided
Role OverviewWe are recruiting Residential Care Assistants to support residents within care home settings across island locations. This role focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality care and promoting independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities*Supporting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene)
*Assisting with nutrition and daily living needs
*Leading and participating in meaningful activities
*Working within a multidisciplinary care team
*Following strict health, safety, and infection control procedures
Requirements*Minimum 1 year experience in residential care
*Willingness to work long days and night shifts
*Driving licence preferred but not essential
