Role OverviewWe are seeking experienced Community Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults living within island communities. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are confident working independently in remote and rural settings.
Key Responsibilities*Delivering personal care and daily living support within service users’ homes
*Safe moving and handling procedures
*Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
*Lone working across various island locations
*Monitoring and reporting changes in service users’ health and wellbeing
Requirements*Minimum 1 year experience in a Care at Home / domiciliary setting
*Strong resilience and adaptability for remote working environments
*Full flexibility to work long hours and varied shifts
