Business Director – £120k (Negotiable) + package – Hard FM preference - Manchester
We are working on a great Business/Contract Director role with a national soft FM provider. This is a key contract within the portfolio that requires an established FM (ideally Hard FM) operator who can really lead from the front.
About the position:
This is a large and multifunctional and complex contract. The Business/Contract Director will be overseeing multiple FM service streams.
There is a stable and strong team including an established leadership team across all service streams. This is a very client focussed role that requires a strong Business/Contract Director with a hands-on approach who will lead from the front. This role isn’t for a first-time operator as you will have a solid knowledge of what it requires to run a complex FM, PFI Contract.
Ideal Business Director:
*A strong operational understanding within senior soft & hard FM leadership is required for this role.
*Experience managing a large portfolio, ideally £100 million+
*This isn’t a role for a first time operator, someone who has operated at a senior level within the healthcare or a PFI setting would be ideal.
*Client focused in your approach and a real people manager.
*An analytical approach, a head for numbers and an understanding of delivering and surpassing client expectations and stringent KPI’s
