Key Responsibilities*Leading and managing audit assignments from planning to completion
*Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients
*Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the audit process
*Mentoring and supervising junior audit staff, providing guidance and feedback
*Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
*Liaising with managers and partners on assignment progress and technical matters
*Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and add value to client engagements
Requirements*ACA or ACCA qualified, or nearing completion of qualification
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Proven experience managing or leading audit assignments end-to-end
*Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
*Excellent communication and client-facing skills
*Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
*A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team
