Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 (depending on experience)
Job Description
Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client’s busy and successful dealership in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a background within the motor trade to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Acting as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service and repair.
*Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing the service schedule.
*Liaising with customers throughout the day, providing updates on vehicle progress and any additional work required.
*Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
*Preparing job cards, invoices, and associated paperwork.
*Working closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
*Delivering excellent customer service at all times and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is preferred.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong organisational and administrative skills.
*A professional and positive attitude.
*Full UK driving licence.
