The finance function plays a central role in supporting both day-to-day operations and longer-term decision making. This role sits within a small, close knit finance team and works closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing insight, control and support across multiple revenue streams.

Key responsibilities:*Production of monthly management accounts with supporting analysis
*Variance analysis and commentary for senior management
*Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
*Maintenance and oversight of the purchase and sales ledgers
*Posting journals, accruals and prepayments
*Balance sheet reconciliations and control account ownership
*Monitoring margins and cost control across projects and departments
*Business partnering with operational teams
*Supporting year-end processes and audit requirements
*Involvement in cashflow forecasting and working capital management
Candidate profile:*Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*Experience in a management accounting or similar role
*Strong Excel and analytical skills
*Comfortable operating in a hands-on role
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
