Credit Controller
Salary: Competetive Salary with up to £37k On Target Earnings

What You’ll Do
*Manage end-to-end credit control via phone, email & SMS
*Resolve outstanding debt and negotiate payment plans
*Process payments, direct debits, and ledger allocations
*Apply service restrictions when needed
*Upsell products to existing customers
What You Bring
*1+ years experienced as a Credit Controller or in a Customer Service/Call Centre role
*Confident communicator with empathy and resilience
*CRM or finance Software experience
*Target-driven, detail-focused, and team-oriented
