Our client is a well-established and highly respected firm of Chartered Surveyors based in North West London, currently seeking a Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and experienced accounts team.
This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position, offering an excellent work-life balance, including an early finish every Friday throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
*Raising sales invoices and processing purchase ledger invoices
*Liaising with tenants and landlords, responding to queries promptly and professionally
*Chasing outstanding rents and monitoring arrears
*Processing rental and service charge payments
*Assisting with bank, cash, and service charge reconciliations
*Handling supplier enquiries and processing supplier payments
*Allocating cash and maintaining accurate financial records
Skills & Experience:
*Part-qualified AAT (or equivalent)
*Previous experience in a similar accounts role
*Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
*Experience with Qube is advantageous but not essential
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
*Strong communication skills and attention to detail
