Broker Sales Team Leader - Volkswagen Stockport Fleet Hub
£60,000 OTE (uncapped earnings)

As a Team Leader – Broker Sales Support, you will lead, support, and develop our Broker Sales Support team, ensuring outstanding service delivery to our broker partners while maximising sales opportunities, compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do day to day
*Lead, coach, and support the Broker Sales Support team to deliver high-quality, consistent service
*Alongside leading the team, remain actively involved in day-to-day quoting and selling to broker customers, personally managing sales opportunities to drive revenue and performance
*Manage and balance workflow to ensure SLAs and performance targets are achieved
*Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and development conversations
*Act as the escalation point for team members and broker partners
*Oversee the accuracy of quotations, renewals, and documentation
*Ensure the team provides competitive, compliant quotations to broker partners
*Support the development of strong broker relationships to drive sales growth
*Promote stock campaigns and offers as directed by the Fleet Sales Manager
*Oversee renewals activity to maximise customer retention
*Ensure full adherence to FCA, GDPR, brand, and company compliance
*Conduct regular quality and compliance checks on pricing and documentation
*Support audit readiness, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
*Ensure team competency across funder platforms and internal systems
*Identify efficiency improvements and implement process enhancements
*Provide KPI reporting and performance insights to the Fleet Sales Manager
*Oversee new starter onboarding and training
*Promote professionalism, responsiveness, and a strong customer-focused culture within the team

*Sales experience (automotive experience preferred)
*Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
*Strong experience of working with multiple IT systems
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
*Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
*Confident, professional, and commercially minded approach
