The Role
This is a fixed-term maternity cover position within a high-performing lettings team, supporting the onboarding, compliance and marketing of rental properties. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the lettings process runs smoothly, acting as a liaison between landlords, tenants and internal teams while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
*Managing the onboarding of landlords and properties
*Ensuring compliance checks are completed prior to marketing
*Uploading and maintaining property details on internal systems
*Coordinating photography, floorplans and EPCs
*Supporting the team with enquiries and applicant management
*Acting as a point of contact for landlords and tenants
*Preparing documentation ahead of move-ins
*Assisting with marketing materials and listings
*Handling general administration including invoicing and reporting
What You’ll Need
*Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
*Ideally experience within lettings or property
*Strong organisational and multitasking ability
*Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Proactive approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
