The Role – Employment Solicitor
As an Employment Solicitor, you will:
*Advise on a full range of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract
*Manage Employment Tribunal litigation, with opportunities for advocacy
*Provide strategic advice on TUPE, redundancy, restructuring and HR advisory issues
*Support on the employment aspects of corporate transactions (M&A, due diligence)
*Work closely with clients, delivering commercial, pragmatic legal advice
*Participate in business development, client training and seminars
About You
*Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 1–4 years’ PQE in Employment Law
*Experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
*Strong technical knowledge of UK employment legislation and tribunal procedures
*Excellent client-facing and communication skills
*A proactive, commercially-minded and solutions-focused approach
