Trainee Lettings Administrator - Wakefield
We are offering an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Lettings Administrator to join a busy and supportive Estate Agents based in Wakefield. This is a complete entry-level position, ideal for someone looking to start a career in the property industry. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
As a Trainee Lettings Administrator, you will learn and support with:
*Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation
*Assisting with referencing and compliance checks
*Coordinating property viewings and booking appointments
*Managing landlord and tenant enquiries via phone and email
*Updating property listings and internal databases
*Supporting the lettings team with day-to-day administrative tasks
*Ensuring all files are accurate and compliant with current legislation

*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal
*A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
*Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office / email systems)
*Ability to work well within a team environment
No previous property experience is required, just a genuine interest in building a career in lettings.
