Estates Administrator
6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
An independent educational organisation is seeking an organised and proactive Estates Administrator to join their estates team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. This is a key support role, ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of a busy estates and facilities function.
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing administrative support to the Estates team and Estates Manager
*Coordinating maintenance requests and logging jobs with contractors
*Managing records, compliance documentation, and asset registers
*Assisting with health & safety and statutory compliance paperwork
*Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and monitoring budgets
*Liaising with internal stakeholders and external contractors
*Supporting estates-related projects as required
The Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within estates, facilities, or property
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
Contract Details:
*Duration: 6 months
*Location: On-site
*Start: As soon as possible
