This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR support.
The Role
This role will be aligned to several UK-based business services teams, where you will act as a trusted HR partner. You will provide day-to-day operational HR support while also contributing to longer-term people initiatives and projects.
Working closely with managers and HR colleagues, you will help drive best practice across the employee lifecycle and support the delivery of strategic people priorities.

*Support managers with general employee queries and people-related decision making
*Partner with the Resourcing team on recruitment activity, including approvals, headcount management and onboarding
*Support the development and management of apprentices, graduates, new joiners and leavers
*Maintain oversight of headcount and workforce changes within allocated teams

About You
*Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with strong business partnering capability
*Comfortable working autonomously and managing a varied workload with minimal supervision
*Confident advising and influencing managers, including at senior level
*Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
*Ideally graduate calibre and part-qualified or fully qualified CIPD (desirable but not essential)
*Experience within a professional services or similarly fast-paced environment is advantageous, though not essential
Why Apply?
*Opportunity to work within a highly regarded professional services environment
*Exposure to a broad and varied HR remit
*Strong emphasis on collaboration, development and progression
*Supportive and experienced HR team
