What you’ll be doing:
*Providing full secretarial support including digital dictation, document preparation, and correspondence
*Managing client files, diaries, and appointments efficiently in a busy environment
*Acting as a first point of contact for clients in a professional and confident manner
*Supporting a senior fee earner and his team with a varied and often time-sensitive workload
What we’re looking for:
*Previous secretarial experience (legal experience beneficial but not essential)
*Strong typing skills and excellent attention to detail
*Ability to prioritise, stay organised, and work under pressure
*A proactive, resilient approach with confidence working with senior stakeholders
*Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt in a busy environment
