Key Responsibilities
*Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions (freehold, leasehold and shared ownership)
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and lenders
*Ensure transactions are handled efficiently and cost-effectively
*Handle client enquiries professionally (face-to-face, remote and telephone)
*Meet agreed fee income targets and contribute to business performance
*Support and mentor assistants and paralegals
*Utilise web-based case management systems effectively
About You
*Minimum 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
*Proven experience as a fee earner managing your own workload
*Strong organisational and IT skills
*Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
*Excellent communication and client care skills
