Venn Group are excited to be partnering with a not-for-profit organisation who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis to support their Accounts Payable function. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be working within an organisation who have an excellent track record of delivering support services to those living in Kent.
This Accounts Assistant will be dealing with invoice processing and reconciliations so being diligent and having excellent attention to detail is a must.
Rate: £15 - £17 per hour (based on experience)
Duration: Temporary to permanent
Job Responsibilities:
*Bank reconciliations
*Processing invoices for payment
*Monitoring payables
*Managing accruals and pre-payments
*Contacting suppliers and accounts reconciliation works
Requirements:
*Accounts Payable experience
*Previous experience of invoice processing (minimum 6 months)
*Excellent attention to detail
