Service Manager (Evenings) – Commercial Cleaning Location: London
Hours: 4:00pm – 1:00am, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 p.a.
A high-end, London-based commercial cleaning company is urgently seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee evening cleaning operations across multiple client sites. This is a field-based role focused on delivering exceptional service, managing teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing Site Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Cleaning Operatives
*Coordinating staffing, rotas, training, and performance management
*Ensuring contract compliance, quality standards, and health & safety adherence
*Acting as the main point of contact for clients and resolve service issues
*Conducting site visits, quality audits, and operational reporting
*Overseeing inventory control, COSHH compliance, and documentation
Requirements:
*Proven service or operations management experience (commercial cleaning/facilities preferred)
*Strong leadership and client-facing skills
*Sound knowledge of health & safety and cleaning standards
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
*IT literate (Microsoft Office and scheduling systems)
*Spanish language skills highly desirable
