Job Description:
Permanent Opportunity – Learning & Leadership Continuous Improvement Support
I’m currently recruiting for a permanent role within a Leadership Academy environment, supporting leadership and learning programmes in a purpose-led public-sector setting.
Role overview
*Permanent position
*Location: New Scotland Yard and the University of London
*Hybrid working: 4 days office-based, 1 day working from home
*Salary: £35,228 per annum, including London weighting of £3,009
This is a strong opportunity to develop a long-term career in learning, leadership and people development within a large, well-established organisation.
About the role
This is a hands-on support role within a learning design team — not a general administrative or PA role.
Key responsibilities include:
*Supporting the continuous improvement of leadership development programmes
*Reviewing feedback and helping to inform design improvements and iterations
*Updating and improving learning materials, including PowerPoint content
*Working closely with designers, subject-matter experts and delivery teams
