Digital Marketing Specialist
*Annual Salary: £30,000 - £33,000

Join a leading airline as Digital Marketing Specialist to support E-Commerce & Direct Marketing efforts in the UK & Ireland. This role coordinates commercial objectives through digital marketing and direct engagement campaigns in conjunction with the Regional Digital Marketing Department Europe (RDMD). This is an on-site position with standard office hours from 0900 to 1730.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Perform webmaster duties for the corporate website for the UK & Ireland region.
*Support local content marketing initiatives to maximize organic traffic to our corporate website.
*Assist in the creation and implementation of new Direct Marketing initiatives and overall Marketing Development MOU campaigns.
*Coordinate campaign planning, execution, and reporting with RDMD to achieve commercial objectives.
*Manage UK social media activities, providing local insights and coordinating with RDMD.
*Assist in the creation of new digital marketing assets and help with creative adaptations.
*Support the marketing and development of customer data programs to engage with current members and grow UK/I membership.
*Assist in the creation and implementation of eDM communications for the UK & Ireland.
*Coordinate online budgets and ensure efficient handling of payments.
*Assist with affiliate marketing coordination.
*Support the team in the activation of Head Office / Regional Office led initiatives.
*Perform other administrative tasks and provide cover for team members during absences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Prior experience in digital marketing within an airline, travel organisation, or agency.
*A good understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, techniques, and campaigns.
*Strong planning and organising skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Positive attitude and results focused.
*Good analytical skills.
*Self-motivated and fully accountable.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is desirable.
*Must be eligible to work in the UK.
