Job Description:
Our client is currently recruiting a Quality Engineer to join their production department. This role involves monitoring and analysing product quality to ensure compliance with required specifications and standards.
The successful candidate will hold at least an HND in Engineering and have several years’ experience within a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining documentation to support manufacturing processes, investigating non-conforming products, and managing customer complaint reporting. The role also involves supporting projects aimed at improving production efficiency and reducing waste. Candidates must have experience in process validation and be able to contribute to site audits.
Applicants should have a proven track record in technical process improvement, along with experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear specifications, process documentation, and materials such as protocols, control plans, and test methods. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with a working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
Candidates should be highly motivated and must be living in the UK and eligible to work
