IFA Administrator / Advisor Support Role
Location:
Harrow – fully office based
Salary:
£25,000 – £35,000 DOE

You will be joining a reputable financial planning practice operating within a structured advisory environment. The firm supports advisers and clients across a range of financial planning needs and continues to grow steadily. The culture is professional, supportive, and team-focused, with an emphasis on finding individuals who fit well within the existing team dynamic.
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing full administrative and operational support to financial advisers
*Working within a pooled advisor support team
*Processing new business and maintaining accurate client records
*Supporting advisers with preparation of client meeting documentation
*Liaising with providers and third parties as required
*Ensuring all client servicing is completed accurately and efficiently
*Supporting the wider team with ongoing administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IFA administration or financial services support role
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to work effectively within a team-based structure
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
*Strong communication skills and professional approach
Desirable Skills:
*Experience using financial planning platforms and provider systems
*Understanding of adviser support processes within wealth management
*Exposure to regulated financial planning environments
