A respected, property and construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join its established Nottingham team. The organisation is known for delivering expert advisory, technical, and project-led services across commercial, public sector, and microenvironmental portfolios.
Working as part of a collaborative and highly skilled surveying team, the successful candidate will support a diverse range of instructions including technical due diligence, condition surveys, defect analysis, planned maintenance, contract administration, and refurbishment projects. The role offers exposure to both professional and project-based work, with the opportunity to contribute to high-profile schemes across the Midlands.
