Job Description:
Make your career count
At Price Bailey, we provide exciting opportunities for training, personal growth and career engagement. We believe in fostering happiness and fulfilment in your work, whilst supporting and inspiring you to grow. We understand that your life extends beyond the workplace, which is why our Smart Working culture promotes flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work, whilst still providing excellent client care.
We are a well-established, independently owned firm of chartered accountants and business advisors, offering a comprehensive range of services including audit, accounting, tax, and corporate finance. We proudly support a diverse client base across the UK and internationally, with a strong focus on entrepreneurial, owner-managed businesses that share our passion for innovation.
What do the team do?
The Marketing and Business Development department at Price Bailey is a high-performing, collaborative team with a strong digital focus on driving high quality leads into the firm, building on our growing brand and reputation, and positioning the practice as thought-leaders within the industry.
You’ll manage a wide range of internal and external events, including conferences, dinners and meetings of all sizes. These will take place across the UK so flexibility to travel when needed is important.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who enjoys juggling multiple projects and takes pride in delivering high-quality, memorable events.
What will I be doing?
As an Events Coordinator you will have ownership of the following tasks:

*Maintaining events and sponsorship calendars and making sure our people are aware of upcoming opportunities.
*Sourcing, visiting and selecting venues that meet event requirements and budgets.
*Organising catering, managing dietary requirements, booking speakers, equipment and room layouts.
*Carrying out risk assessments and ensuring all Health & Safety requirements are met.
*Reviewing and negotiating supplier contracts to secure the best possible terms.
*Working closely with the Marketing team to promote events and ensure branding and materials are in place.
What experience do I need?
Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:
*Proven experience organising large corporate events from start to finish (minimum criteria).
*A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (minimum criteria).
*Experience in a professional services environment desirable.

*Experience managing budgets and tracking costs.
*A confident, positive approach with a real passion for delivering high-quality events.
*A trustworthy and reliable nature, with discretion and flexibility.
*Excellent attention to detail, organisation, communication and time-management skills.
*Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
*This is a part-time position working 22.5 hours per week, but flexibility will be required.
What’s on offer?
In addition to your salary, we also offer the following benefits:
*25 days annual leave (with the option to buy/sell up to 5 days holiday)
*Contributory pension scheme
*4x life assurance
*All employee share scheme
*Family friendly policies e.g. paid time off for dependants
