*Support the budgeting and forecasting processes to aid effective decision-making.
*Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis against budgets.
*Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
*Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
*Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and advice.
*Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting function.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*Experience within a similar role.
*Experience working within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry is advantageous.
*Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
