I C Talent is working with an Outstanding SEMH specialist school on the outskirts of Cambridge to recruit a passionate and adaptable Science Teacher (Chemistry & Physics) on a fixed-term basis (1 year).

The Role:
*Deliver engaging and accessible Chemistry and Physics lessons tailored to individual needs
*Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with Autism and SEMH
*Build strong, positive relationships with students to support behaviour and engagement
*Work closely with support staff and wider professionals
*Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
What we’re looking for:
*QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
*Experience or strong interest in working within SEN/SEMH settings
*Ability to teach Chemistry and Physics
*A patient, resilient, and flexible approach
*Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
*A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
