DUA Technician - London Market (Hybrid | up to £40,000 | London)
Location: London (Hybrid working)
Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Benefits + Discretionary Bonus

My client, a highly respected player within the London Insurance Market, is seeking a Technical Assistant with 1 to 2 years of London Market experience to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who has had exposure to Endorsements, Slips, and preferably Delegated Authority (DA) processes and is looking to build on their technical and market knowledge within a supportive, progressive environment.Key Responsibilities*
Drafting Endorsements and Renewal Slips
*
Liaising with internal teams for Slip and Endorsement requirements
*
Submitting Endorsements and Slips on DCOM and to Xchanging
*
Investigating and resolving Xchanging queries
*
Communicating with Coverholders and Managing Agents
*
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc requests
*
Ensuring awareness and compliance with FCA, Lloyd’s, and DA regulations
