Sales Administrator

Job Description:
We are working with a business based on the outskirts of Norwich who is looking to appoint a Sales Administrator on an initial six-month fixed term contract. The role is expected to become permanent for the right person.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and reliable individual to support a busy sales team and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities will include:
*Providing administrative support to the sales team
*Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
*Liaising with customers and internal teams
*Maintaining and updating sales records and systems
*Assisting with invoicing and general office administration
*Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
The successful candidate will ideally have:
*Previous experience in a sales administration or office-based role
*Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
*Clear and professional communication skills
*Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems
*A proactive and team-focused approach
