A well-established, Legal 500 recognised regional firm is looking to bring in a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to establish and grow their Private Family offering in Worcester.
This is a genuinely unique opportunity to join at an early stage of expansion, giving you the autonomy to shape a new office while being backed by an established and well-regarded wider team.

The role offers a full privately funded caseload, including:
*Divorce
*Financial remedy and associated financial matters
*Nuptial Agreements
*Private children matters
*Domestic abuse matters
*General private family work
You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion, acting as the main point of contact for clients and ensuring a consistent, high standard of service. There is a strong level of autonomy in this role, alongside support from the wider firm as the office continues to grow.
About you:
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX)
*Around 3 years PQE or above in private family law
*Confident managing your own caseload independently
*Comfortable working in a standalone capacity
*Commercially aware and interested in contributing to growth
