We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a global organisation during a busy period of transition. This temporary assignment, expected to last 2-3 months, is perfect for someone with experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment who can hit the ground running. You will be an integral part of a large, fast-paced finance function, ensuring the smooth processing of supplier invoices and payments.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Processing a high volume of accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
*Managing supplier queries and resolving discrepancies.
*Completing supplier statement reconciliations.
*Assisting with payment runs.
*Supporting month-end activities as required.
*Maintaining accurate records and adhering to internal controls and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced accounts environment.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Confident using finance systems and Excel.
*Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage workload independently.
*Clear communicator, comfortable liaising with internal teams and suppliers.
