Case Manager - Commercial Finance Location: Office-based (UK)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
The OpportunityA growing and dynamic financial services firm is looking to appoint a highly organised Case Manager to support the delivery of commercial finance applications from initial enquiry through to legal completion. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll act as the central point of contact for multiple stakeholders, ensuring deals progress efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities*Manage a pipeline of commercial finance cases from submission through to legal stages
*Act as the main liaison between clients, lenders, brokers, and solicitors
*Gather, review, and package client documentation for lender submission
*Monitor application progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays
*Ensure all cases meet internal processes and regulatory requirements
*Provide clear and consistent updates to all stakeholders
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on internal CRM systems
About You*Previous experience within commercial finance, banking, or a brokerage environment
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Desirable Experience*Knowledge of commercial lending products such as bridging finance, development finance, and buy-to-let
*Familiarity with CRM or case management systems
