Our client based in Byfleet is seeking a warehouse operative to join their busy team. This role requires someone with a forklift license and available immediately to start.
Duties:
*Unload incoming deliveries safely and efficiently
*Ensure all received goods are stored in the correct locations
*Process and book in delivered purchase orders
*Pick and pack items accurately
*Prepare pallets for dispatch
*Carry out quality checks
*Dispatch goods within agreed lead times
*Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Experience/Skills
*Problem solving abilities
*Fork truck license
*Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting and carrying.
*Computer literate
*Previous warehouse experience
