The Role - Client Bookkeeper

As a Client Bookkeeper, you’ll be working with a varied portfolio of clients, supporting them with their day-to-day financial records and ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.
You’ll be:
*Preparing and maintaining bookkeeping records for a range of clients
*Managing VAT returns and ensuring compliance
*Working with cloud software such as Xero, QuickBooks or similar
*Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and provide support
*Supporting the wider team with accounts preparation where needed

This Client Bookkeeper position is very much client-facing, so confidence in communication is just as important as technical ability.

What They’re Looking For
*Previous experience as a Bookkeeper within practice or managing multiple clients
*Strong working knowledge of cloud accounting software
*Comfortable managing your own workload and deadlines
*Good communication skills - someone clients feel comfortable dealing with
*Ideally looking to build a long-term career within a supportive firm
