The Incentives Associate’s RoleThe successful Incentives Associate will join a collaborative team advising a broad range of clients including listed companies, private equity-backed businesses, and high-growth organisations.
You will work on a variety of matters, including:
*Executive and employee incentive arrangements
*Equity and share-based incentive plans
*Private equity and M&A-related incentives
*Remuneration structures and governance matters
*Regulatory and compliance aspects of incentives
You will work closely with Partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value transactions, while also taking ownership of your own matters and building strong client relationships.
The Incentives AssociateTo be considered, you will:
*Be a qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in incentives / employee share schemes / rewards
*Have experience gained within a reputable City, national, or international firm
*Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
*Be confident working closely with clients and delivering practical advice
*Show ambition and a genuine interest in developing within a specialist area
