Job Description:
Reed HR are delighted to be partnering with a friendly, values-driven organisation to recruit a fantastic HR Coordinator on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator or HR Coordinator who is ready to take the next step in their HR career and gain exposure to working closely with HR Business Partners.
*Location: Office-based (Free onsite parking)
*Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (flexibility around start and finish times)
The Role
This is an interesting and varied role within a supportive and collaborative HR team. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality HR services across the organisation while developing your skills and confidence in a more advisory-focused environment.
My client is also open to funding and supporting CIPD studies, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to continue or begin their professional HR qualifications alongside hands-on experience.
You must be a driver for this role - due to the location (no travel is required as part of the role).
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing comprehensive HR administrative and coordination support across the employee lifecycle
*Assisting HR Business Partners with day-to-day operational and project-based activities
*Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
*Preparing HR documentation, reports, and correspondence
*Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries
*Supporting HR initiatives and continuous improvement activities
This role would suit someone who:
*Has previous experience in an HR Admin or HR Coordinator role
*Someone organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities
*Keen to develop their HR career and progress within an HR function
*Has excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
Working Arrangements
*Office-based role with no travel required
*Flexibility around start and finish times
*Occasional working from home may be available, though this is not a contracted hybrid role
